However, due to fast delivery, it is likely your order has already been dispatched. If so, check our return policy instead.
Within 14 days of receiving your order, you are absolutely welcome to return your products insofar they are in their original unopened and unused condition.
When we cannot accept returns:
If the returned items do not match our quality standards or our return policy, then we reserve the rights to reject the returns as mentioned below:
When ordered item is found altered/ tampered or used
When the item seal is opened.
All refunds will be made back to the payment solution initially used by the customer. We process the return immediately, just keep in mind that this may take between 7-15 business days for the refund amount to be credited back to the payment solution.
Return policy for machines:
Our staff will test the items and replace only the item which is found not working as per manual policy for valid warranty. If the whole product is found defective & within the valid warranty, we will replace the whole product. If the replacement item/product is not in stock, we will offer you similar looking item/product of the same price.
Damaged or leaking items/products should be reported to email@example.com within 48 hours after delivery/purchase.
We will NOT replace or refund any item/product which is found used or tampered or does not meet our quality standards.
